One of the favourite parts of our job is setting up a new property and watching the bookings come in.
It's been a really exciting month, as several of our new properties have hit the ground running with 70+% occupancy! We see how hard property owners work to get their places ready, often with substantial personal time and financial efforts. Our job is to ensure the properties' success, and we commit to achieving this as quickly as possible.
How do we do this?
- We work with our owners to ensure the properties are "Airbnb ready". With years of expertise, we will advise on everything you need in place for guests' arrival and can make interior recommendations to improve the look & feel of your space.
- The quality of your Airbnb listing is everything! We are experts in this and know how to optimise listings to give you the best chance of generating bookings.
- Competitive & dynamic pricing is vital. We understand the market and have the best tools in place to maximise your revenue.
- Guest response rates will affect your ranking, and being highly responsive is essential. We provide excellent around-the-clock customer service to all our guests and go above & beyond for new properties in particular, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
