One of the favourite parts of our job is setting up a new property and watching the bookings come in.

It's been a really exciting month, as several of our new properties have hit the ground running with 70+% occupancy! We see how hard property owners work to get their places ready, often with substantial personal time and financial efforts. - Guest response rates will affect your ranking, and being highly responsive is essential. We provide excellent around-the-clock customer service to all our guests and go above & beyond for new properties in particular, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
