The company's in-house chocolatiers produce a diverse range of fresh, handmade chocolates, featuring flavours from the fiery Chilli Chuffle to the smooth Pear William and the original Marmite chocolates. Each creation is meticulously crafted on-site, ensuring quality and freshness. ​

The café offers a selection of hot chocolates, fresh coffees, mochas, and ice cream milkshakes, complemented by homemade cakes and chocolatey treats like chocolate salted caramel butter biscuits and creamy coconut chocolate bars. While operating primarily on a take-away basis, limited indoor seating is available for those wishing to enjoy their treats on-site. ​
